Banana And Carrot Cinnamon Muffins

Kemaruk nak baking muffin lagi…. Kali ni saya guna resepi yang sama dengan resepi banana and apple cinnamon muffin. Tetapi saya tukar apple kepada karot yang telah di parut.  Konon-kononnya nak buat ekperimen!!  Hasilnya seperti dalam gambar…. gebusss dan sedap jugak…. sama sedapnya seperti resepi asal…. Hai!!! banyak pulak muffin kat rumah saya ni….. Nampaknya dua tiga hari ni, pagi hingga kepetang kami makan muffins……

Banana And Carrot Cinnamon Muffins (Sumber : Dapur Inahar )

Ingredients

3 very ripe bananas (kita guna 8 biji pisang emas)
125ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
250g plain flour
100g caster sugar
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 tsp salt

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan oven/gas mark 6 and line a 12-bun muffin tin with muffin papers.
2. Mash the bananas and set aside for a moment. Pour the oil into a jug and beat in the eggs
3. Put the flour, sugar, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix in the beaten-egg-and-oil mixture, followed by the mashed bananas.
4. Fold in Carrot and then place equal quantities in the prepared muffin tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
5. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

Hari ni saya mula  projek membaking… Rasanya dah agak lama oven saya tu berehat panjang. Projek pertama ni nak mula baking muffin….Actualy ni first time saya buat muffin….. Seronok pulak buat muffin ni…. Cara penyediaannya mudah sangat dan tidak serumit buat kek. Resepi Muffin yang saya copy dari dapur Inahar sangat sedap, lembut dan tak berat sangat bila dimakan. Muffin ni bukan sahaja sesuai untuk minum petang tetapi sesuai jugak buat sarapan pagi…. Jom kita cuba resepinya….

Ingredients

2 eating apples, cored, peeled and cubed
1/2 tsp salt

2. Mash the bananas and set aside for a moment. Pour the oil into a jug and beat in the eggs

4. Fold in the chopped apples and then place equal quantities in the prepared muffin tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
